the room was clean the bed was comfortable
the breakfast service was painfully slow it took nearly an hour the full english was a disaster sausages were undercooked and there were no beans or tomato sauce the meal arrived cold the toast was also served separately well before the rest

the building features elegant public spaces. the staff welcomed me warmly and were helpful. the provided breakfast had above-average quality and choice. (i especially enjoyed the full english option!). plenty of parking spaces are available.
The walls felt thin. I could hear sounds from the adjacent room.

the staff proved friendly and helpful . the family room offered ample space and met our needs well. breakfast was great and the location suited our plans for visiting nearby areas. free parking was convenient, and the hotel's proximity to a shopping center proved a bonus.
The room felt slightly dated and could benefit from some minor updates. A bit of a refresh would do wonders.

The building had lovely, elegant public spaces. The breakfast provided was above average in choice and quality. The views across the garden were also very pleasant.
The grout in the bathroom needs attention. It looks black. The paint work in the bathroom is also filthy. It lets the room down, definitely.
